Lisa Doyle

Lisa Doyle is the former vice president of learning and development at Lowe’s in Mooresville, North Carolina. She was responsible for the company’s talent and leadership development strategies. Doyle lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive learning, development and performance support solutions. She aligned learning with Lowe’s overall strategic goals to develop workforce capability and drive proficiency throughout the company. Doyle has spent more than a decade in the learning and development arena. In previous roles, she built and led a professional academy at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Training Institute at Acquisition Solutions Inc. Doyle was named Chief Learning Officer of the Year in 2011 by Chief Learning Officer magazine. She has an MBA from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
