Kevin Wilde


As a teenager, Kevin Wilde was introduced to his lifelong passion for leadership development at a high school student training workshop.  His dreams came true with a 34-year corporate career including senior development roles at General Electric and General Mills.

Wilde continues to share what he’s learned through teaching, writing and coaching. He serves as an executive leadership fellow at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He writes for Talent Management magazine as well as contributing to a variety of books and publications.

Honors and awards include:

  • 2007 Chief Learning Officer of the Year by Chief Learning Officer magazine
  • Best business column by American Society of Business Editors
  • Top-ranked global leadership development organization by Fortune, Chief Executive and Leadership Excellence magazines
  • No. 1 Learning Elite designation and Training magazine Hall of Fame.

First and foremost, Wilde considers himself a continual “student of the game” of leadership and is energized to help inspire others to uncover their greater potential.
